RESERVATIONS:
Reservations will be confirmed upon reciept of a $500 per week deposit. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to arival. Payments made by personal check or money order should be made payable to Ronald Kay and sent to the address above. We also accept credit card payments via PayPal (a 3% fee will apply). For residents outside of the United States you can pay via PayPal or contact us for bank wire instructions. CANCELLATION: Should the reservation be cancelled, the deposit may be applied to a future rental period, however all payments are non-refundable. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $250 deposit will be returned
approximately 30 days after your departure. Renter agrees that he/she will be responsible
for any damage caused by renter over and above the damage deposit amount.
